Short Bio

Currently, I am a postdoctoral fellow supported by CONICYT PIA ACT172001 at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. My research is in Dynamical Systems and I am primarily interested in Thermodynamic Formalism.

I have teached at the engineering departments of Universidad de Chile, Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. I have contributed in two tailing dam projects at the engineering department of Pontifica Universidad Católica de Chile.

I completed my PhD at the University of Warwick in March 2016 under the supervision of prof Mark Pollicott. My  thesis was on uniformly hyperbolic dynamics. I was supported by becas Chile CONICYT (beca doctorado).

I completed my degree in  Mathematical Engineering at Facultad de Ciencias Físicas y Matemáticas, Universidad de Chile in September 2011. I wrote my thesis under the supervision  of prof Alejandro Maass. My thesis was on iteration of measures by cellular automata.

I was born in 1986, in Santiago, Chile. I finished high school in 2004.
